小弟現時住4人嘅公屋單位, 現時只剩下3個人在籍. 假如小弟購買居屋或私人物業後, 公屋單位只剩2人在籍是否會被要求搬遷到小單位? 假如戶主已經退休房署會否作出特別處理?
收入問題大單位買唔起, 買左細單位又怕俾人要求搬遷. 徵求各位意見, 謝謝.
